RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please make sure you have selected the correct size, color, & item before placing your order. However, items are eligible for an exchange for the same exact item purchased.

To be eligible for an exchange, you have 10 days from when the item was received. Customers item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Info@daitanburando.com. If your exchange is accepted instructions will be emailed on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

To make sure items are delivered to correct address, please check that shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items .
Items take 1-2 days processing time and received 4-7 business days after the payment is authorized & verified.
